What we process

When you open a page, the hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type, operating system, referrer, and error information. This is used to deliver and secure the site, not to create a marketing profile.

Local storage and cookies

MenoDerm does not set advertising, analytics, profiling, or social-media cookies. The language selector stores your language preference in browser local storage under “menoderm-language”. This is functional storage on your device, not a tracking cookie. The privacy notice dismissal is also stored locally under “menoderm-privacy-notice”. A one-time arrival question stores only a seen-flag under “menoderm-referral-seen” in local storage and a first-party cookie of the same name, so the question is not shown again. The answer is not written into the page, meta, or a trust mark. You can remove these through your browser settings.

Because no optional cookies or tracking technologies are used, there is nothing non-essential to accept. If that changes, optional technologies must be blocked until valid consent is obtained.

Legal bases

Technical delivery and security are based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Functional language storage is based on providing the feature you use and keeping the site usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this site to ask for special-category data.

Hosting and retention

Technical data may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate this website. It is retained only for as long as necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised according to the applicable provider settings and requirements.

External links

The imprint links to fabrick.media. When you follow an external link, the other website becomes responsible for its own processing. Review its privacy information before sharing data.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller using the details above. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place where you live or work.

No automated decisions

MenoDerm does not make automated decisions or use profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates

We may update this information when the site or its data practices change. The current version is always published on this page.
