What should I track before an appointment?
A short record for one or two weeks can be more useful than a long list of guesses. Note washing, water temperature, products, cycle or HRT changes, heat, sleep, stress, and the exact skin response.
Take clear photographs in consistent light during a flare and bring the ingredient list or packaging. Include prescribed creams and medicines, and do not stop them simply to make the appointment easier.
